At High Revs, we pride ourselves on first-class customer service. We want all of our friends and collectors to be entirely happy with every interaction they have with, and every purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy then we want you to understand our terms and conditions.

Order from us with confidence. Be assured that if you have a problem with any of the products or services then we want to know about it and we want to work with you to sort it out with you.

By continuing to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our Privacy Statement, governs High Revs’ relationship with you.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary, mainly to keep you up to date with our latest news, releases and special events.

We aim to deliver the best possible customer experience and we therefore adhere to all current and proposed legislation in addition to trade body guidelines. The conditions detailed below do not affect your Statutory Rights or Consumer Contracts Regulations. All contracts are concluded in English.

Products & Pricing

Our site contains a large number of products, and we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please remember that shopping online is very different to shopping at our studio.  For instance, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of products will be the same as the actual product.

As we are constantly adding products to our site, it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will endeavour to verify prices as part of our dispatch process. If the pricing error is obvious or unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect price.

Similarly some products may be listed as available when unfortunately this isn’t the case. All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and will work with you to discuss suitable alternatives, to cancel your order or, having told you when we can fulfil it, to wait for delivery.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change from time to time and are subject to alteration in VAT / Sales Tax without notice.

Methods of Payment

You can order securely via this website, or if you prefer, by emailing your order and credit card details, or by telephone talking directly to one of our team.

Payment can be made in UK Pounds Sterling on this website. Email or telephone orders can be made in UK Pounds.

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cancelling or Returning an Order

You may cancel an order any time before dispatch, or return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order, immediately contact the studio via email or telephone.  A member of the team will then help you through the process.

You may return your order for any reason provided:

  • The goods remain unused and unopened. You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.
  • You return packaged item(s) to Returns Departments at High Revs Studios (address below).

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or signed-for service when returning items and ensure that you obtain proof of postage. The team member dealing with your return is happy to discuss refunds for any shipping costs as soon as items have been received.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of bespoke orders such as remarqued prints, giclée’s, specially commissioned original artwork or framing, as these are individually created to order.

Damaged Items & Making a Claim

Our expert shipping team thoroughly check each product as part of the dispatch process and have been fully trained to securely package items in the best way possible to meet your needs at the time of ordering. Over the years we have shipped all over the globe with very positive feedback, however, we aren’t naive enough to think that errors don’t occur.

Claims for breakages or other damage must be made to High Revs within three days of receipt either by email, telephone or post. Any other issues must be brought to our attention within 28 days of dispatch.

If you receive a package clearly damaged during shipping then we’ll take care of it, and there are some things you can do to help us. Upon receiving such a package, either do not sign for it or clearly note that the parcel is damaged on the delivery note. Please do not open clearly damaged packages. Contact us immediately, ideally with the courier still present, and we’ll take the matter off your hands. We’ll happily handle any disputes with the delivery company whilst keeping you informed of the progress.

If upon opening a package you notice the item is defective in manufacture then we also want to know about it. You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture.

Before returning an item, please contact a member of the team so that we can help you through the process. Simply enclose a note for the attention of the team member handling your return outlining the points you have discussed. Pack the product securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original packaging, with all Certificates of Authenticity, and any other accessories.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or signed-for service from one of our recommended shippers; our team are happy to discuss this with you. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, because it is defective or has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

All messages containing credit/debit card details between the site visitor and the server are secured through the encryption process. Customer and credit/debit card details are not stored on our server.

Damage to your computer

High Revs makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it.

High Revs shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

Our prints are rolled using acid-free tissue paper and then carefully placed into a heavy duty tube (please do not leave prints rolled in the tube for too long, as over time the print will forget it was ever flat!). Framed pieces are shipped in large packages padded extensively with bubble wrap and polystyrene foam to ensure their safe delivery using an insured carrier. Given every framed piece is packed ‘made-to-measure’, sizes and prices will vary accordingly. Our team can quote you for this at the point of purchase.

Our expert team have handled and shipped many types of items all over the globe with very positive feedback and we are confident that your items will arrive safely. Of course sometimes errors do occur in shipping, please see our Terms and Conditions for further information on returns.

The cost of delivery is worked out depending on the total value of your order and also where you live. Many items are subject to FREE standard or express delivery depending on these criteria. We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives within the following time scales:

Standard delivery should be received within 5-7 working days.

Tracked delivery should be received within 1-4 working days.

* all orders must be placed before 15.00 GMT and please be aware we only ship Monday – Friday.

Matted and framed pieces may incur slightly longer delivery times and additional shipping costs due to their differing sizes and the extreme care taken in packing them.

If you have any specific delivery requirements or suggestions then please make us aware at the point of ordering.

Competition Terms & Conditions

At the many events we attend every year, you’ll find us running a ‘Free Prize Draw’ competition to give away an exciting prize for each event!

Here’s a bit of info on how they work:

  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
  2. To take part, simply fill out an entry form – a member of our team will happily help you, please just ask.
  3. Entries are accepted at each event where a prize draw competition is on display.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person, per giveaway.
  5. The prize is clearly shown at each event and no cash alternatives are offered.
  6. Closing date for each draw is at the end of the event, no further entries will be permitted afterwards.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason, or for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by a third party.
  8. The winner of each prize draw will be chosen at random and notified by email (and/or phone number if supplied), after the event. The decision as to who selects the winner is that of the Directors of High Revs.
  9. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, then we reserve the right to withdraw that prize from the winner and select an alternate.
  10. We’ll work together with the winner to confirm details of where and when the prize can be collected or delivered.
  11. Our prize draws are in no way sponsored or endorsed by any third parties and you are providing information only to High Revs.
  12. Each competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  13. We reserve the right to change or modify these terms and conditions and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  14. We also reserve the right to cancel a prize draw if circumstances arise out of our control.
  15. Entry into a competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
